Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent, licensed in the Philippines; master's is a plus.
• 3–10 years of legal experience, preferably multinational.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and labor law.
• Experience handling cross-border Southeast Asia matters.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters in the Philippines and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and related documents.
• Advise HR and management on employment and labor law issues.
• Manage disputes, coordination with external lawyers.
• Develop internal policies and provide legal training.
• Coordinate with regional and HQ stakeholders on legal matters.
