Job summary

OGC Management Inc. is seeking a proactive Leasing Operations Manager in the Philippines to oversee tenant sourcing, negotiations, and occupancy targets across a diverse property portfolio.

You will drive marketing initiatives, evaluate applicants, and coordinate with Finance, Legal and Technical Services to ensure compliant lease documentation and timely payments while maintaining strong tenant relationships and asset value.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or any related course.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of gained experience in Real Estate Industry.
• License in Real Estate and relevant certifications are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing operations to maintain occupancy targets across assigned properties.
• Develop and implement growth and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Evaluate prospective tenants, assist in leasing decisions and perform due diligence on applications.
• Prepare and draft lease contracts with appropriate terms and protections.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, collections, and related tax documents.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals and tenant relations; coordinate with Technical Services for maintenance.
• Supervise leasing staff and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
