Job summary

Globe is seeking a Learning Business Partner to bridge business teams with HR talent strategy, creating capability-building programs and delivering strategic L&D guidance that aligns with business goals.

You will translate priorities into measurable learning solutions, drive modern learning technologies, embed 70-20-10, and manage end-to-end programs across business groups, ensuring adoption and impact on performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, performance challenges, and capability needs.
• Advise stakeholders on learning strategies that support business outcomes.
• Build partnerships across teams and vendors to ensure relevant, outcome-driven learning solutions.
• Present recommendations and program outcomes to secure stakeholder alignment and support.
• Design competency-based learning strategies and pathways aligned with priorities and workforce needs.
• Create scalable learning solutions combining formal, social, and on-the-job learning.
• Embed the 70-20-10 approach to strengthen knowledge transfer and development.
• Drive modern learning technologies, digital tools, AI, and innovative methods to enhance learner experience.
• Establish success measures linking learning to capability improvement and business impact.
• Track adoption, completion, feedback, knowledge transfer, and application of learning.
• Analyze data and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrate value of learning investments through measurable performance improvements.
• Lead full learning program lifecycle—from needs analysis to evaluation and improvement.
• Ensure timely, high-quality execution of programs across assigned groups.
• Manage resources, vendors, and budgets to optimize quality, efficiency, and impact.
