The role requires 5+ years in project management with people leadership, plus studio production experience in an agency or marketing environment. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with people leadership.
• Experience managing a production studio in an agency or marketing environment.
• Proven ability to grow and lead a team of project managers or producers.
• Solid understanding of asset specs for print production (resolution, color space).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Experience with PM or content management tools like JIRA/Basecamp/Trello.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and output of content for Interactive product launches and updates.
• Lead a team of program managers and allocate projects across the group.
• Collaborate with client partners to understand timelines and secure resources.
• Input into production strategy, planning, and readiness for upcoming launches.
• Ensure all assets meet high quality standards before handoff.
• Support and mentor team members and drive productivity improvements.
