Job summary

WPP Media Limited in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Associate Director of Planning to lead strategic media planning for key clients. You will supervise a planning team, drive insights, and coordinate with regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor junior planners, and shape day-to-day operations to achieve outstanding results while championing innovative planning frameworks within a hybrid work

Qualifications

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and number skills.
Good understanding of media channels, both digital and traditional.
Passion for learning and openness to new challenges.
Must come with digital planning understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall strategic communication planning process addressing client business needs.
Supervise team output for quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
Manage day-to-day client requirements through mentoring junior members.
Delegate tasks with adequate time, resources and training.
Conduct annual and interim appraisals of team members.
Build productive relationships with clients and team members.
Work with clients to arrive at best processes for managing their business.
Collaborate with other teams to promote clients’ interests with media owners.
Participate in business development and provide communications solutions.
