Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years in an ad/production agency.
• Understanding of video file formats, resolution, and production scaling.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience in an ad agency or production facility is preferred.
• Ability to organize information quickly with attention to detail.
• Strong skills with project management tools and meeting deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Track assets and provide weekly/daily status updates.
• Brief projects to the production studio with clear instructions.
• Manage risk and escalate issues promptly.
• Compile, verify, and distribute project information to parties.
• Collaborate with Digital Asset Managers to ingest imagery.
• Schedule and facilitate pre- and post-production meetings.
