Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the briefing of studio-produced images and drive deadlines for new and existing assets. You will work with the Video Content Project Manager to plan and track production workflows across multi-channel deliverables.

The role requires a related degree and 2+ years in ad/production settings, with strong organization, communication, and familiarity with project management tools. Manila-based shift supports global projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in ad/production agency preferred.
Understanding of video file specifications, formats, resolution and production scaling.
Basic Photoshop knowledge for assets handling.
Experience in ad agency or production facility is preferred.
Strong ability to organize information quickly at high and detailed levels.
Solid understanding and command of project management tools.
Flexible to rapid change and quick learning.
Proven effectiveness under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication; team collaboration skills.
Working hours are 1am to 10am Manila Time.

Responsibilities

Track project assets and provide weekly/daily status updates.
Brief the production studio with clear instructions and annotations.
Manage risks and escalate issues promptly.
Distribute pertinent project information to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Digital Asset Managers to ingest imagery for tagging and distribution.
Schedule and lead pre- and post-production meetings with the Image Production team.
