Keywords Studios seeks a Knowledge Lead Manager to oversee the Knowledge Management function within the IT department. You will develop strategies to capture, organise, and disseminate organisational knowledge to support informed decision-making and timely problem resolution.

You will lead KM initiatives, engage senior stakeholders, and promote a culture of continuous learning across the IT organisation. This role requires 5+ years of KM experience and strong familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow.

• Develop and maintain a knowledge management strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Oversee knowledge content creation, categorisation and maintenance for accuracy and accessibility.
• Integrate KM processes with IT service management to improve service delivery.

• Use analytics to measure impact, engagement, functionality and effectiveness of KM strategy.
• Provide training and support on KM practices and tools to staff.
