Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT solution delivery.
• Proficient in project mgmt tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Experience with PHP, Java, AWS, Windows/Linux servers.
• Strong documentation and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads full technical lifecycle of IT solutions across apps, infra, cloud.
• Translates business requirements into scalable blueprints.
• Oversees implementation using PHP, Java, AWS, Windows, Linux.
• Ensures solution architecture standards and QA on deliverables.
• Participates in architecture reviews and governance.
• Evaluates third-party platforms for fit and ROI.
• Collaborates with PMs on timelines and budgets.
• Prepares risk analyses, test plans, and docs.
• Mentors technical leads and developers.
• Drives digital transformation opportunities with stakeholders.
