Job summary

Handlink, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to lead relationships with clients, manage assigned accounts, and drive IT solutions delivery.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and contribute to growth in a dynamic IT services landscape.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in sales or account management; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. Proactive, customer-focused, and able to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any business-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management.
• Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IT products and solutions is an advantage.
• Results-oriented with strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed.
