Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Service Owner in the Philippines to lead the end-to-end lifecycle, performance, and strategic alignment of IT services within Finance IT. You will ensure stable maintenance, governance, and continuous improvement by following DSV processes and engaging stakeholders across Group Finance, Global IT, and country teams.

The role emphasizes building a healthy, motivated team environment and ongoing competence development.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in IT service management (ITIL framework).
• +3 years of SAP knowledge or +5 years in other Finance Applications.
• License management (forecasting, cost control, budgeting).
• Good understanding of technical operations and release processes.
• Good understanding of transport methodology.
• Understanding of the specific infrastructure, applications, or technology involved
• Experience in ServiceNow
• Good at stakeholder management
• Process oriented with an eye for details

Responsibilities

• Monitor service health through KPIs, managing SLAs and OLAs to ensure quality and reliability.
• Plan and manage individual service windows
• Define the service roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and remains sustainable.
• Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancement, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard our applications and challenge processes etc.
• Make sure processes are updated and documented
