Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT service management (ITIL framework).
• 3+ years of SAP knowledge or 5+ years in other Finance Applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across locations.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle, performance, and strategic alignment of IT services with stakeholders.
• Monitor service health through KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs to ensure quality and reliability.
• Define the service roadmap and plan service windows.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement, efficiency, and cost optimization.
