Job summary

DSV is seeking a Lead IT Expert – SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) RTR consultant based in Manila to drive global ERP finance templates. You will work in Finance ERP – Record to Report, shaping end-to-end processes, data standardisation and compliance across countries.

You will mentor teams, design solutions, run workshops, and support rollouts of SAP templates, GL/CO and DRC interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 10 years of SAP ERP FI-CO experience with global rollouts.
• Ideally 2+ years of S/4 HANA experience.
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate SAP data standards to business units.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide solution recommendations considering client requirements and configure SAP GL/CO and DRC modules.
• Provide functional support for SAP GL/CO and DRC modules.
• Ensure technical design, configuration and documentation within the SAP template.
• Prepare requirements, design and technical docs.
• Assess impact and gaps in business processes and design improvements.
• Collaborate with business and SAP professionals to implement and roll out solutions.
• Act as SME for GL, Company Code rollouts and finance integrations.

Purpose of the job

You will join the ERP Finance – Record to Report Team which is part of the Group & Enterprise Applications in Global IT. It is our responsibility to roll out SAP across the global set-up in DSV, implement other SAP-based solutions, support and improve our business processes as well as stay compliant with legal regulations in various countries, focusing on RTR areas (GL/CO, DRC, FI related Interfaces).

Responsibility/ Tasks

• Provide solution recommendations, consider scope and client requirements as well as take care of the configurations on SAP modules within GL/CO and DRC.
• Provide functional support on SAP modules within GL/CO and DRC
• Ensure proper technical design, configuration, business requirements gathering and creation of technical specifications within the DSV SAP template.
• Preparing requirements, design and technical documentation.
• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes.
• Work with business and other SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and rollout solutions.
• Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to visualize and develop solutions to key business or technical challenge.
• Act as SME for GL, Company Code rollouts and finance integrations

On some development tasks, you will be working independently as a functional consultant in close collaboration with your business counterpart. As we roll out the template and new functionalities, you will be part of a project team to ensure successful completion.

Professional qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in SAP ERP as FI-CO functional consultant with experience in global roll outs. Experience with DRC, e-Invoicing, FI Interface and local tax and statutory compliance requirements are of a big advantage.
• Ideally 2+ years of S/4 HANA Experience.
• Experience in preparing requirements documentation, design and technical documentation.
• Ability to lead and communicate SAP data standards and limitations to the business and assist them to get data ready.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end finance business process.
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions.
• You speak and write English effortlessly.

• Able to work under pressure without any supervision, and a good team player.
• Ability and knowledge to drive tasks forward with proactive communication.
• Ability to perform with little direction and work with remote team members in other locations.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing company needs and deadlines.
• Strong systems / process orientation particularly in finance with proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.
