Job summary

RCBC is seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to oversee digital assurance services and governance for agile projects. You will create and guide the DevOps strategy, accelerating time-to-market while improving software quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with development, IT operations, and QA teams to automate CI/CD, testing, and monitoring, and you will promote continuous improvement and innovation across the organization. A strong background in Agile and banking IT is essential.

Responsibilities

• Creates, leads, and implements the DevOps strategy of the Group.
• Leads development and implementation of the DevOps strategy to accelerate time-to-market, improve software quality, and increase operational efficiency.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive DevOps policies and procedures to guide the Bank’s DevOps practices.
• Collaborates with application development divisions, IT operations, and quality assurance teams to implement automated CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the organization, fostering the adoption of DevOps practices.
• Oversees the digital assurance function: establishes automation testing strategies, techniques, tools, and manages the automated testing platform and testing service providers.
• Develops a strategic plan to integrate DevOps practices within the Agile framework, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
• Implements the integration strategy across projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with business needs.
