Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or IT leadership.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud preferred) and large ERP implementations.
• Experience leading Salesforce CRM platforms and multi-workstream programs.
• Proven track record in vendor management, partners, and governance.

Job description

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP platforms, digital transformation, or IT leadership roles.


• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud preferred) and enterprise-scale ERP implementations.


• Experience leading Salesforce CRM platforms, transformations, or large-scale application programs.


• Proven success managing vendors, implementation partners, and multi-workstream technology initiatives.


• Knowledge of application governance, release management, systems integration, and platform lifecycle management.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and project governance capabilities.

Preferred:

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification or related training.


• Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).


• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or other regulated industries.


• Familiarity with QAD ERP, Microsoft Azure, M365, and Power BI.
