Job summary

blaseek is seeking an ERP Scrum Master to join our IT ERP Service Management team. You will serve as a servant leader, coaching cross-functional development teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring value delivery across ERP initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in CS, PSM I, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, plus ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or AX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• PSM I certification required.
• Strong understanding of Agile Manifesto and Scrum framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar agile platforms.
• ERP system experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, AX) in support, development, or coordination roles.
• Proven ability to communicate and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups, including business users, finance, logistics, and IT.
• Skilled in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Ability to coach teams to mature agile practices at a sustainable pace.
• Strong interviewing and project scoping skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement agile ceremonies, processes, and initiatives.
• Coach cross-functional development teams on Scrum practices and agile principles.
• Continuously improve team workflows to maximize value delivery.
• Promote knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a supportive environment that enables teams to meet sprint commitments.
• Collect feedback through regular interaction with team members and stakeholders.
