Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• 8+ years end-to-end Project Management experience, preferably with a technical background.
• Experience in a Telco environment is a plus; proficient in PM methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project planning from ideation to execution.
• Act as liaison between project team and senior management; provide updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Address issues and drive problem-solving; ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop and execute communication plans; report status to stakeholders.
• Manage change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget.
• Create user manuals and training materials for project turnover to clients.
• Engage with clients to identify new opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to inform future improvements.
