Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Project Manager to oversee designated projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The role operates within established PMO policies and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold project standards.

Minimum 3 years in project management, preferably with technology or data center exposure. PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are favored to reflect specialized education in project management disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field completed.
• At least 3 years in project management with tech or data center exposure is a plus.
• PM certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.

Professional Qualifications & Training Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certifications are preferred, reflecting specialized education in project management disciplines.

Risk Management: Skilled in identifying potential risks, mitigating them proactively, and managing issues as they arise during project lifecycles. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex information clearly. Stakeholder Engagement: Competent in building and maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and influencing stakeholders across the organization and externally.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent at analyzing data, identifying problems, and devising effective solutions to enhance project outcomes.
