Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Senior Associate – Digital Trust Services (Consulting Practice) in Makati City. You will lead business consulting engagements focused on information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management services, guiding your team to meet project objectives and reporting progress to project managers and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related engagements, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of solid work experience in business consulting engagements or IT assurance projects.
• Exposure to information security, cybersecurity governance, resilience management, IT security, or IT governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the team leader during business consulting engagements within information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management services.
• Facilitate walkthrough sessions with clients to understand and document complex business and IT processes.
• Lead, mentor, and drive the project team toward defined goals and deliverables.
• Maintain open, proactive communication with the Project Manager and Partners regarding milestones, wins, and challenges.
• Direct report to the Project Manager and/or Engagement Partner within the Digital Trust Services Practice Area.
