Job summary

PM Consulting in Pasig is seeking a senior IT leader to develop and drive the company’s IT and digital transformation strategy. You will oversee ERP/CRM/HRIS, manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data privacy, and guide major IT projects to deliver business value.

You will lead budgeting, vendor management, and governance while building a high-performing IT organization and advancing analytics and service delivery in a regulated industry context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation.
• Strong technical background in software development, coding, and systems design, with proven experience managing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or sales automation systems.
• Demonstrated experience in IT financial management, vendor and contract management, cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and change management skills; experience in regulated industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s IT and digital transformation strategy.
• Oversee enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, sales systems, and other critical platforms.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and end-user technology services.
• Lead IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, technology investments, and major projects while ensuring cost efficiency and business value.
• Build a high-performing IT organization and strengthen data analytics, business intelligence, service delivery, and continuous improvement capabilities.
