Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years progressive IT infra experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Hands-on and strategic AWS/Azure/GCP experience incl. architecture and cost optimization.
• Deep enterprise networking expertise: routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN, security.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects and cloud migrations.

We are looking for a highly disciplined, strategic, and experienced leader to oversee all infrastructure, network, and cloud operations across the organization. Lead the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of us on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and compliance. With a strong background in cloud technologies and a leadership style built on accountability, rigor, and operational excellence, you will guide the team to deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Develop and execute long‑term strategies for infrastructure, network, and cloud environments, aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans.
• Lead technology road mapping, including evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to modernize and optimize our IT landscape.
• Establish clear policies, standards, processes, and governance frameworks; enforce strict adherence to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all teams and projects.
• Lead budgeting, capacity planning, and vendor management to ensure cost efficiency and optimal return on investment.

Infrastructure & Network Management

• Ensure 24/7 availability, performance, and resilience of all systems; lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and risk.
• Manage operations, including upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure, network, and cloud engineers; foster a culture of high discipline, accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and enforce high standards of work quality, timeliness, and documentation.
• Build and maintain a highly skilled, motivated workforce; drive process improvements and cross‑team collaboration.
• Lead by example demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality in all activities.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

• Collaborate with information security teams to implement security controls, policies, and procedures across all infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI‑DSS, local data privacy laws) and internal policies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits; develop mitigation plans to address vulnerabilities and operational risks.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience
• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering and cloud technologies, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven hands‑on and strategic experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including architecture, deployment, and cost optimization.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking: routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD‑WAN, load balancing, and network security.
• Strong background in data center infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), storage systems, and server management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large‑scale infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Track record of leading teams with high discipline ability to set standards, enforce processes, and deliver results consistently.

Technical Skills

• Cloud architecture and services: compute, storage, networking, security, databases, and server less technologies.
• Network design, implementation, and troubleshooting; knowledge of protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP).
• Virtualization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
• Disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and high‑availability design.
• IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and compliance standards.
• Highly disciplined in the strong focus on process, accuracy, accountability, and adherence to standards; consistent delivery under pressure.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical leaders.
