Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a senior finance and investment leader to own the investment thesis, capital allocation framework and land-economics modelling for acquisition and deployment.

You will lead deal structuring for M&A and JVs, steer capital raising, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, and maintain finance reporting while guiding risk, governance and compliance and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Own the investment thesis and capital-allocation framework; model land economics and de-risking costs.
• Lead structuring, negotiation and closing of M&A, JVs, leasing and land deals, including due diligence.
• Set capital strategy and manage relationships with international and institutional investors and banks.
• Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and financial reporting.
• Oversee strategic receivables and counterparty settlements for timely recovery.
• Manage financial risk, optimise taxes and ensure SEC/BIR/GOvernance compliance.
• Build and lead the finance and investment team in partnership with other functions.
