Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to coordinate inventory and plan supply to meet regional demand. You will collaborate with market teams, freight forwarders and external manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.

The role requires strong data analysis, negotiation and proficiency in SAP, SAP IBP and Excel. Experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plus, supporting continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor level in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business is required.
Strong communication across teams and with external partners.
Analytical skills to analyze data and make recommendations.
Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.
Proficiency in SAP, SAP IBP, Excel, Power Query and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Plan inventory to safety stocks, MOQ, lead times and strategic projects.
Manage short shelf life materials and mitigate exposure.
Coordinate with market teams, freight forwarders and storage sites for deliveries.
Ensure timely commercial and shipping documents.
Drive freight cost and lead time optimization with regional teams.
Develop supply plans from regional demand forecasts and EMO policies.
Raise purchase orders per plan with pricing and MOQ.
Submit rolling 12–18 month supply forecasts to External Manufacturer.
Review supply changes and propose optimized solutions to avoid stockouts.
Create consistent planning documents with EMOs.
