Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years inventory management or purchasing experience.
• Strong English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for forecasting and analysis.
• Solid data analysis skills with inventory context.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client's representative and maintain expectations.
• Report progress updates directly with the client's team.
• Maintain inventory forecast and purchasing Excel model.
• Analyze sales data, historical trends, and market insights.
• Monitor and adjust inventories to minimize stockouts and excess.
• Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to ensure cost-effective supply.
• Track items with freight forwarders and meet ETA commitments.
• Identify process optimization opportunities across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
