Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, financial services sales, or account management.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, present solutions, manage a sales pipeline, and close or advance opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems, quoting tools, or insurance management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients through multiple channels.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with ongoing follow-up.
• Build relationships to understand business and insurance protection needs.
• Conduct discovery and gather client requirements, risk, and renewal timelines.
• Present insurance products, coverage options, pricing, and exclusions clearly.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and coverage comparisons.
• Manage opportunities from contact through underwriting, binding, and post-sale handoff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and service-level expectations.
