WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking a Senior Group Manager to lead a large-scale Insurance Policy Administration & Customer Servicing business across the end-to-end policy lifecycle in the Philippines. This role demands executive leadership to deliver revenue, margin, and client outcomes while building capable leaders and high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, manage financial health with the GM and Finance, and demonstrate deep insurance operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior operations leadership roles.
• Proven leadership of large-scale, complex operations.
• Strong insurance experience preferred: Policy Administration, Servicing.
• Demonstrated ownership of financial and operational outcomes.
• Strong P&L management, budgeting and forecasting abilities.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex, large-scale Insurance Policy Administration & Customer Servicing business across end-to-end policy lifecycle.
• Drive revenue, margin, cost, productivity and client outcomes with accountable leadership.
• Translate priorities into clear strategies, operating plans and measurable results.
• Establish governance, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Lead transitions, transformation programs, technology initiatives and change.
• Maintain strong risk, controls and governance around operations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and develop leaders, foster succession planning and collaboration.
