Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, seeks a Senior Group Manager to lead Insurance Policy Administration & Customer Servicing across the end-to-end policy lifecycle. This role reports to the General Manager and sits at the Director/AVP-equivalent level, blending operational leadership with financial performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable senior operations leadership role such as Senior Group Manager, Director, AVP, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex operations with multiple layers of leadership.
• Strong insurance experience is preferred, particularly Policy Administration, Policy Customer Servicing, Property & Casualty / Property & Liability, or related insurance operations.
• Demonstrated ownership of financial and operational outcomes, including revenue, margin, cost, productivity, and profitability.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, talent development, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Insurance Policy Administration and Customer Servicing business.
• Translate priorities into clear strategies, operating plans, and measurable results.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence, accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Own the operation's financial health in partnership with the General Manager and Finance.
• Influence across functions and ensure alignment of client expectations with business goals.
