Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking an Account Executive to drive client relationships, growth, and value delivery across key insurance clients. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to implement client plans, manage renewals, and ensure profitable service delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic client advisory, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem solving within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or management consulting is advantageous.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong focus on delivering value to clients and driving results.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers.
• Facilitates critical relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.
• Develops Client Promise Plans/Delivering Aon United for each client to grow ARS revenue.
• Ensures understanding of client needs and service delivery methods.
• Leads stewardship planning and delivery for Client Promise Reviews.
