Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior Insights and Enablement Lead to shape the launch tracking and data strategy. You will guide a team of analysts, translate multi-source data into operational strategies, and partner with Operations, Product, and Technology to drive data-driven growth.

The role emphasizes data governance, scalable BI infrastructure, and Executive dashboards that reveal real-time risks and performance across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in operational analytics, data mining, BI, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong SQL: writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries across large datasets.
• Proven experience in BI, analytics, and reporting to transform data into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience in data integration, ingestion, cleansing, ETL mapping, and data consolidation.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, or Technology is highly preferred.
• Experience with Tableau and Databricks is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership across Operations, Product, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern launch validation frameworks and data quality rules.
• Deliver centralized BI infrastructure using Tableau and Databricks.
• Consult with Operations, Product, and Technology leaders to translate data into strategies.
• Provide root-cause analysis and data narratives to unblock dependencies.
• Mentor Senior Analysts and manage workload across ad-hoc and recurring requests.
• Build and maintain a high-performing analytics team with timely insights.
• Develop an enterprise-wide data strategy for optimization and transformation.
• Deliver executive BI dashboards and operational health scorecards.
• Produce strategic briefs identifying performance gaps and optimization points.
