Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to strategically influence executive decisions through data-driven storytelling. You will mentor teams and manage high-level stakeholder relationships while ensuring data quality across dashboards and reports.

The role requires SQL proficiency, data visualization expertise, and a solid AI/ML foundation. Onsite work in the Philippines with night shifts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong statistical modeling and analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL to query raw labeling data for dashboards.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear dashboards using visualization tools.
• Foundational ML/NLP concepts and metrics to evaluate classifier performance.

Responsibilities

• Architect data-driven narratives that influence executive strategy.
• Oversee synthesis of data into actionable frameworks and prioritized insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with Data Visualization and Engineering teams.
• Define the roadmap for ad-hoc and automated reporting aligned with KPIs.
• Bridge business needs with technical specifications and vice versa.
• Direct the integration of disparate data sources to identify opportunities and risks.
