Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives in Metro Manila to partner with the EVP of Growth & Strategic Initiatives, ensuring execution of priorities through organization, coordination, and project oversight.

The role balances executive support with project management, acting as a liaison across departments to drive alignment, accountability, and progress on growth initiatives for LAZ’s long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives, with project management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments; parking, mobility, transportation, real estate, or related industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Executive Vice President's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, emails, correspondence, and meeting requests.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive briefings.
• Track follow-up actions and ensure timely completion of commitments and priorities.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business matters.
• Support the planning, execution, and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to maintain success.
• Prepare project status updates and executive summaries for leadership.
• Facilitate communication among project teams and partners.
• Assist in developing business cases, conducting research, analyzing data, and evaluating growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs and support strategic decision-making through reporting.
• Organize meetings, leadership sessions, workshops, and strategic planning events.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action plans.
• Assist with conferences, industry events, and departmental activities.
• Maintain organized records, files, project documentation, and reporting tools.
• Support departmental operational processes and administrative activities.
• Ensure resources are available to support efficient team operations.
