Job summary

Sutherland in Angeles, Philippines, seeks a Senior Manager – InfoSec Risk and Compliance to lead information security risk and compliance programs. You will align with regulatory requirements, manage risk assessments, and ensure adherence to standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

You will lead audits, remediation efforts, and vendor risk management, while reporting to senior leadership. This role is onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of information security, risk management, or compliance experience.
• 5+ years in a senior management or leadership role overseeing security and compliance.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2) and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute information security risk management strategies aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and policies (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; lead remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Manage audits and coordinate remediation efforts to address findings.
• Establish vendor risk management programs and provide security training.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports for senior leadership and the board.
