Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Information Security Manager for the Information Security Group (ISG) in Metro Manila. The role oversees and executes the information security strategy, safeguarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive assets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of security professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the security framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent.
• 7–8 years in information security and compliance with 5–7 years in a managerial/lead role.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, Essential 8).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CRISC are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor the Information Security Group (ISG) to meet SLAs and business goals.
• Define, review, and update ISG SLAs; monitor and report commitments to stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning to adapt security measures to evolving threats.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across the organization.
• Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
