Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop and execute end user sales strategy, focusing on industry trends and market dynamics. You will maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, licensors, and consultants to drive regional growth and coordinate with internal and 3rd party selling channels.

Responsibilities include achieving bookings targets, presenting solutions, and collaborating with applications, service and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

BE or B.Tech degree in a relevant field.
10–15 years of relevant experience in industrial sales preferred.
Strong sales acumen with strategic mindset and ability to execute plans.

Responsibilities

Drive bookings to meet/exceed targets using strategic selling.
Maintain regular communication with key customers in the area.
Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
Serve customers as primary contact for all business dealings including proposals, deliveries, and service.
Educate customers on product features using marketing materials and demonstrations.
