Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Prin Spclst, Procurement (P3) in the Philippines to lead non-product procurement initiatives. The role emphasizes SME-level project execution, contract governance, and strategic supplier management across multiple sites and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements while delivering value through optimized contracts, SLAs, and MSAs.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Non-Product Procurement through experience or education.
• Extensive procurement experience for indirect materials including MRO items.
• Experience in contract governance and renegotiation for executive approvals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams to achieve results.
• Experience with supplier evaluation, accreditation and disqualification.

Responsibilities

• Project execution with CoE and stakeholders on ALL-IN suppliers and Collins commodity programs.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional sourcing strategies to achieve productivity targets.
• Drive compliance with RTX standard terms and company policies.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers in collaboration with Legal/ECO.
• Drive and manage contract governance to minimize risks and optimize outcomes.
• Analyze spend, demand, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
• Lead supplier performance management and scorecard reviews.
• Assist teammates to meet delivery requirements and drive continuous improvement.
