Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in the Philippines (Tanauan area) is seeking a Prin Spclst, Procurement (P3) to join the Non-Product Procurement Team. You will lead supplier negotiations, define sourcing strategies, and drive contract governance across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with CoE and site stakeholders to deliver value, manage supplier performance, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards while supporting cost reduction and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of Non-Product Procurement through experience or advanced education.
• Strong expertise in indirect materials procurement and MRO/indirect services.
• Experience in contract governance and renegotiation for executive approval.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Execute project work with CoE and site stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies.
• Lead or participate in RFP/RFQ/RFI processes to meet productivity targets.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, involving Legal/GT/ECO as needed.
• Drive contract governance and manage supplier performance scorecards.
• Analyze spend, demand, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
