Job summary

Maneuver Marketing is hiring an HR Business Partner (remote) to align people strategies with rapid growth. You will partner with Creative, Growth, Tech & Ops to translate business goals into people outcomes and own performance, pay, and policy playbooks.

You’ll drive coaching for managers, enable smarter decisions with data, and refine compensation processes with clear success criteria. This is a fully remote role with required overlap with Singapore hours.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years HR experience as an HRBP in fast-paced, remote-first teams.
• Experience partnering with managers in a matrix environment and time-zone overlap.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain job descriptions, levels, competency frameworks, and pay bands.
• Lead OKR-aligned performance reviews and compensation discussions.
• Coach managers on feedback, PDPs/PIPs, and development plans.
• Translate business needs into People programs and policies.
• Streamline HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS processes.
