Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Officer – Workforce Planning, Performance & Rewards to deliver analytical and operational support for COE programs in planning, performance management, and rewards.

You will ensure accurate workforce data and governance. You will consolidate headcount data, coordinate performance cycles, support salary reviews, and assist with job evaluation and benefits documentation while collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience in workforce planning, performance management, rewards/compensation, or HR analytics.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, data validation) and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and maintain workforce plans (headcount, TO, movements) and deliver analytics/reporting (attrition, trends, spans & layers) to support planning decisions.
• Coordinate and monitor performance cycle execution (goal setting, mid-year, year-end), maintaining trackers and supporting calibration/moderation activities.
• Support rewards execution (salary adjustments, promotions, allowances), internal equity checks, and annual salary review activities (compa-ratio, budget tracking).
• Support job evaluation, benchmarking, and benefits administration through data preparation and documentation.
• Ensure COE governance compliance and coordinate across HRBPs, business leaders, and enabling teams to drive process improvement.
