Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of generalist HR experience including recruitment, employee relations, training and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR processes comply with QMS policies, ISO 9001 requirements.
• Maintain controlled HR documents and records.
• Assist in monitoring HR quality objectives and KPIs.
• Support internal and external quality audits with HR records.
• Participate in corrective actions and continuous improvement in HR processes.
• Coordinate with SAP HRIS for data integrity.
• Prepare HRIS reports for management updates.
