Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Pasig is seeking an HR Assistant to ensure that HR policies, procedures and operating standards are consistently implemented in coordination with the Division HR.

The role covers recruitment, employee relations, training and performance management. The position handles manpower planning, campus recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data management, and liaison with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of generalist HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Experience providing service and advice to assigned accounts in HR and Administration, including Recruitment, Placement, Organization Development, Benefits Administration, Administrative Services, Employee & Labor Relations, Compensation Management, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manpower planning, campus recruitment, and recruitment & placement activities are conducted per business needs.
• Screens and evaluates applicants, conducts interviews, and endorses shortlists for final interviews.
• Administers benefits, HRIS data, and employee relations initiatives in accordance with company policy.
• Coordinates with HR account-in-charge to ensure proper onboarding and regularization of employees.
• Manages documentation for compensation, job evaluation, and personnel movements.
• Ensures compliance with General Labor Standards and HR-related safety requirements.
