Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, invites an HR Business Partner Specialist to provide comprehensive HR support for employees in Canlubang, Laguna. The role focuses on employee engagement, relations, and aligning people strategies with business goals.

You will guide managers on the Code of Conduct, participate in labor law programs, oversee HR programs, and manage recruitment and training records to support development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing/f&b setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Champions employee engagement initiatives and leads programs to enhance employee relations.
• Represents organization in government-initiated learning programs on labor laws.
• Guides line managers on fair and consistent Code of Conduct implementation.
• Develops and manages HR programs within allocated budgets.
• Oversees workforce planning and ensures required documentation.
• Develops and reviews job competency matrices with accurate documentation.
• Leads recruitment from interviews to timely hiring for key roles.
• Maintains training records and supports employee development initiatives.
