Job summary

Scottland Food Group Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee its Human Resources functions in the Philippines. You will partner with management to implement HR policies, manage recruitment, performance, compensation, and compliance with labor laws.

You will lead employee relations, policy development, payroll support, and training initiatives while ensuring a positive employee experience across multi-unit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field required.
• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage performance management, KPIs, and development plans with managers.
• Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, leaves, and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with Labor Code and DOLE.
• Handle disciplinary processes, investigations, and due process procedures.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
• Support training and leadership development initiatives across units.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation for management.
• Lead HR team and promote confidentiality, teamwork, and professional standards.
