Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function in a fast-paced cold storage and logistics environment. The role partners with management and operations to build a productive workforce and align HR with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-functional HR experience, 3+ years in senior HR leadership, and strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
• At least 3 years in a Senior HR or HR Management role, preferably leading a team.
• Strong background in HR operations, organizational development, and strategic HR management.
• Experience in cold storage, logistics, warehousing or related labor-intensive industries.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in manpower planning, workforce management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience handling both operational and corporate employees.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with senior management and operations teams.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS or HR tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations & Workforce Management across the company, ensuring efficient processes.
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, staffing requirements, and org structure with Ops.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, movements, regularization, promotions, transfers, and separation.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave.
• Establish and improve HR processes, systems, and controls for efficiency.
• Monitor HR metrics, costs, turnover, absenteeism, and other workforce indicators.
• Develop Organizational Development initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, career development, and talent programs.
• Identify gaps and intervene with capability-building and leadership programs.
• Support job descriptions, competency standards, and career pathways.
• Conduct organizational assessments to boost productivity and engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Provide HR insights on costs, productivity, and risks.
• Develop policies and programs for growth and retention.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in strategic workforce planning discussions.
• Lead employee relations initiatives and ensure fair handling of concerns.
• Manage grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE rules.
• Coordinate with government agencies on labor-related matters.
• Promote positive workplace culture balancing welfare and business needs.
• Lead recruitment strategy for both operational and corporate roles.
• Develop sourcing and branding to attract talent, ensure timely hires.
• Oversee training needs, annual programs, and leadership development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and governance.
• Ensure HR records, documentation, and governance across branches.
• Lead and develop the HR team with clear goals and KPIs.
