Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Officer – Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner to the Head Office.

The role focuses on workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness to deliver a meaningful employee experience that supports excellent customer service. You will collaborate with leaders and employees to strengthen capabilities, align people strategies with business needs, and

Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
Experience in process improvement or business process analysis.
Background in HR, especially HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, or HR Shared Services.

Responsabilités

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
Support employee and labor relations by handling workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, and compliance requirements.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Identify learning needs and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
Drive organizational effectiveness through performance management, succession planning, workforce analytics, and headcount management.
