Job summary

OpsWerks is hiring an HR Generalist in the Philippines to act as the trusted advisor for employees and managers within assigned business units. You will support onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes with accuracy, empathy, and compliance.

You will oversee internal HR Policies aligned with local labor standards and lead major HR projects, CSR programs, and engagement initiatives to sustain organizational health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or People Business Partner within a dynamic, client-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience handling or managing the creation, documentation, and roll-out of corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Proven track record dealing with major HR projects, workforce planning, or strategic organizational interventions.
• Direct experience managing end-to-end programs related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or workplace culture initiatives.
• Solid working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulatory compliance, and employee relations practices.
• Strong familiarity with HRIS, employee documentation workflows, and reporting tools (Google Suite, Excel) to turn people insights into actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills, paired with a high degree of emotional intelligence and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for employees and managers within assigned business units.
• Support the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, talent development, retention, and exit processes - with accuracy, empathy, and compliance.
• Oversee and manage the creation, implementation, and review of internal HR Policies and Procedures to ensure alignment with local labor standards.
• Lead and deal with major HR projects, cross-functional organizational initiatives, and engagement discussions to sustain organizational health.
• Manage end-to-end programs related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to foster an inclusive, engaged, and socially impactful culture.
• Provide proactive coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on day-to-day people matters, conflict resolution, and performance.
• Support the performance management cycle, including objective goal setting, evaluations, and continuous feedback loops.
• Leverage HR metrics and data analytics to identify talent risks, guide workforce decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
