Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CPA preferred.
• CPA license is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in hospitality finance and multi-property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations including accounting, payroll, income audit, credit, purchasing and cost control.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements per PFRS.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments with variance analysis.
• Establish robust internal controls and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and standardize procedures.
• Interface with owners, corporate offices, and stakeholders on strategic financial planning.
