Quest Hotel & Conference Center - Cebu is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations for the Cebu property, ensuring accurate reporting, strategic cost management, and compliance with Philippine requirements.

The role partners with operations and ownership to drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth, with a track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and multi-property leadership in hospitality finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CPA license required.
Minimum 10+ years in hospitality finance with multi-property exposure.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L management.
Proficiency with hospitality systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities

Oversee finance operations including accounting, payroll, income audit, credit, purchasing, and cost control.
Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per PFRS.
Conduct monthly P&L reviews and cash flow analyses for management and ownership.
Lead budgeting processes and provide forecasts, variance analyses, and actionable insights.
Maintain internal controls and support audits, ensuring compliance.
