Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales-related experience, preferably in IVD, medical devices, or related fields.
• Medical Technologist background is an added advantage.
• Proven complex sales experience and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets in the assigned area.
• Understand customer accounts, stakeholders, and product preferences to inform sales approach.
• Provide census and pricing data to finance before final proposals.
• Develop long-term value-based relationships by understanding evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities and present solutions to decision-makers.
• Build credibility with customers by applying business acumen and effective communication.
• Ensure timely execution of activities aligned with policies and SOPs.
