You will manage fleets, drivers, and service providers, ensuring timely trips and cost-effective performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, developing processes to boost efficiency, address issues promptly, and deliver regular performance reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience in hauling, fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hauling and transportation operations
• Manage fleet, drivers, and hauling service providers
• Monitor trip schedules, fleet utilization, costs, and operational performance
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements
• Develop and implement processes to improve hauling efficiency and service delivery
• Address operational concerns and provide timely solutions
• Monitor operational performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to management
