Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Officer to lead sales and revenue growth within the fintech ecosystem. This role focuses on scaling fintech solutions across payments, lending, digital wallets, and embedded finance while building high‑performing teams and strategic partnerships.

You’ll develop sales strategies, manage accounts and pipelines, recruit and mentor a sales team, and build strong relationships with banks and enterprise partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Proven success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, BNPL, lending, and digital payments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Male, 28–40 years old
• Preferred Background: Lending, Financing, or Fintech Industry
• Salary: ₱25,000–₱45,000
• Work Location: Santolan, Pasig City
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across fintech verticals.
• Set goals, monitor performance, manage pipelines, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting.
• Identify and manage key accounts, enterprise clients, lenders, partners, and merchants.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment processors, and enterprise partners.
• Lead client negotiations, presentations, contracts, pricing, and onboarding.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and customized solution delivery.
• Identify new market opportunities including digital payments, lending platforms, blockchain, and embedded finance.
• Provide market insights to support product innovation and continuously improve sales processes.
• Stay updated on fintech trends, competitors, compliance, security, and onboarding requirements.
